PowerG Award promotes continuous innovation and improvement, collecting and rewarding solutions that contribute to excellence, according to Open Power values.

If you think that your idea could be an opportunity to innovate Power Generation business, today is the day to give your contribution.

Your proposal must be an idea that has never been tested or implemented before in Enel Power Generation, based on new technologies and/or processes, or on new uses and application of existing technologies and/or processes, which can improve any area of Power Generation, from the more technical ones to the staff functions.

Remember! Ideas must be presented with a benefits estimation and an expected impact on business, but the most important thing is to try: every innovative idea is a good idea!

If you are an entrepreneur and wish to test your entrepreneurial spirit, you can propose your business project and speed it up or you can submit an idea for ​​improvement regarding any Enel activity: create a team and challenge yourself to develop your project in Make it Happen!

Please, note that you can post your solution in your own language.

A team must have at maximum 3 (three) participants. The submission will be done by the Team Leader and the list of team members must be identified in the submission. Please note that team composition must be specified in the Proposal’s attachments.

The innovative ideas will be assessed in order to identify the most appropriate forms of IP protection and valorization, in compliance with Intellectual Property Policies of Enel Group, through the most appropriate IP protection.

What happens next?

An Enel dedicated team will evaluate your proposal using the following criteria:

• Overall scientific and technical feasibility of the proposed solution;
• Economic potential;
• Business potential for Enel;
• Novelty and creativity;
• Potential for proprietary position (i.e., is the technology novel or protectable);
• Maturity level of the proposal.

Upon completion of the evaluation, you will receive feedback.
