PowerG Award promotes continuous innovation and improvement, collecting and rewarding solutions that contribute to excellence, according to Open Power values.

If you think that your idea could be an opportunity to innovate Power Generation business, today is the day to give your contribution.

We are looking for innovative solutions related to “Health & Safety”, “Environment”, "Sustainability" and “Business Improvement”.

Your contribution must be an idea that has never been tested or implemented in Enel Power Generation before, based on new technologies and processes or on new uses and application of existing technologies and processes.

Remember! Ideas must be presented with a benefits estimation and an expected impact on business, but the most important thing is to try: every innovative idea is a good idea!

The maximum number of members per team is 3 (three). The submission will be done by the Team Leader and the list of team members must be identified in the submission. Please note that team composition must be specified in the Proposal’s attachments.

The ideas with the most innovative content will be evaluated for further recognition to enhance their intellectual property and will be analyzed, in accordance with company policies, to verify their patent eligibility.

What happens next?

An Enel dedicated team will evaluate your proposal using the following criteria:

• Overall scientific and technical feasibility of the proposed solution;
• Economic potential;
• Business potential for Enel;
• Novelty and creativity;
• Potential for proprietary position (i.e., is the technology novel or protectable);
• Maturity level of the proposal.

Upon completion of the evaluation, you will receive feedback.

In case of success, a PowerG Award contact person will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps.
