Abstract

We are looking for solutions to foster the simplification of interaction with clients and to improve service quality and process efficiency through a data driven approach.

Description

The energy transition and digital transformation are opening new frontiers for our customers, who now expect flawless service, in real time, at a reasonable cost and with a touch of empathy that gives them a smile, while opening up new opportunities for us.

The main goals are to listen to our customers more actively and better understand their needs in order to achieve customer happiness.

To create a culture that really puts customers at the center, we need to foster the simplification of interaction with clients (with easy to use and accessible digital services), the improvement of service quality and process efficiency through a data driven approach, promoting clean electrification and the achievement of our net zero goal.

In particular, we are looking for innovative solutions to raise customers’ awareness of the circular economy and improve customer happiness.

The aim is to find innovative ideas and solutions that:

  • Engage customers in terms of their energy consumption awareness;
  • Attract and retain customers with a personalized user experience;
  • Enhance inclusive solutions tailored to vulnerable customers’ needs.

This challenge provides contribution to the following sustainable development goals (SDGs) to transform our world:
