Carlo Albini graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pavia.
He started his professional journey in management consulting, working for Ernst & Young, A.T. Kearney and EDS, serving leading multinational companies in the automotive, white goods, media and energy industries, with a focus on transformation programs enabled by technology.
He joined the HR and Organization function of Enel in 2006, where he covered different managerial positions both in the Eastern Europe Region and in the Holding Company. Starting in 2015, he led the Organizational Development function, guiding some of the most important transformation programs of the Group. In 2018, he was nominated People and Organization Director at Enel Romania.
Since October 2020, he has been in charge of People and Organization Innovability®, a brand new organizational structure responsible for leading sustainability and innovation of HR macro-processes, the future of work and new ways of working, open innovation culture and agile transformation at Group level.
