Luca is the Head of Sustainability Initiatives and Circular Economy, Innovability^®, reporting to the Chief Innovability^® Officer of the Group.

His role consists of setting the key priorities for Group Sustainability initiatives and Circular Economy, developing group-wide initiatives and supporting business areas in the implementation of projects and initiatives.

Among the activities related to these areas, there is a specific focus on materials, urban transition and metrics. Another important focus is on strengthening Enel’s external collaborations and synergies with external contexts, both at international and country level.

Luca joined the Enel Industrial development department in 2009, and before moving to the newborn Innovability^® area in 2015, he had responsibilities in Energy Management and Market Divisions.

He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
