Fabio is the Head of Innovation and Sustainability at Enel X Global Retail, the Enel Group division dedicated to advanced energy services for consumers, industries and cities. He manages the launch of new solutions for clients, the incubation of new business opportunities, all open innovation activities and all sustainability activities related to products and clients.

Formerly, Fabio was responsible for all Enel Group collaborations with startups; he created and managed the network of Innovation Hubs in the US (Silicon Valley and Boston), Israel, Italy, Spain, Chile and Brazil. He joined Enel in 2013, covering several roles in the development of the residential energy services business in Italy. Prior to joining Enel, Fabio was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Milan and London. He holds an MBA degree with honors achieved in 2010 at INSEAD. He often lectures on innovation management at business schools, universities and at international events.
